Gloss is a podcast player with an AI tutor that explains what you are hearing, answers follow-up questions, and remembers information to tailor future explanations. You must use the service lawfully and keep your account secure.

Gloss Plus costs £7.99 per month or £59.99 per year. It includes a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe will charge the subscription price for the plan you selected after the trial and at each renewal.

You can cancel at any time through Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you can use Gloss Plus until then.

If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you exercise that right, we will refund any amount you have paid. Contact hello@gloss-fm.com to cancel under this right.

Do not abuse, harass, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or misuse the tutor or service, and do not use it to break the law or harm another person. We may restrict access where needed to protect Gloss or other people.

Podcast content belongs to its publishers and is played from their public feeds. Gloss does not claim ownership of it. Publishers can request takedown or removal by emailing hello@gloss-fm.com.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gloss’s total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any rights you have under mandatory consumer law continue to apply.
